Orders over $375 get free shipping with some exceptions. Only one case of disposable paper products per order. Heavy equipment that cannot be shipped via UPS will be delivered via common carrier.
There is a $10 handling fee per order. Some companies charge per item, or per "box". Their fees add up quickly with large orders. We believe the more you buy, the more you should SAVE.
Orders received and entered by 10 a.m. EST will ship usually same business day (allow 2-3 business days from date of shipment for delivery)
Orders received after 10 a.m. EST usually ship the next day (allow 2-3 business days from the date of shipment for delivery)
We do not ship to APD/FPO Addresses or P.O. BOXES
If your order qualifies for free freight but also contains one or more ineligible products, you will be charged shipping fees for ineligible products.
Also note our common carrier rate is based on having tractor trailer access with a loading dock suitable for unloading with a pallet jack or fork lift.
Additional charge will be added if lift gate is needed or arrangements for other special needs must be made.
The driver will not be able to assist with the unloading of the item. Please have the necessary manpower available to receive your items with limited delay to the driver.

All Orders are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
You may return most items sold by MMS Sales, LLC within 30 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, complete the Return Form (above) to notify us of your problem or to obtain an RA number. We will respond to your issue within 1 business day. Credits to your account can take up to two billing cycles.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any Closeout item.
- Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
